Aimee moved to The Villages five years ago after spending 23 years in the District of Columbia. Her passion for the law and real estate, coupled with helping those in need led her to The Villages (and both her father and mother live here!). Aimee enjoys challenges and solving problems for all the people she meets.
Aimee earned her juris doctorate from the District of Columbia School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science from North Carolina State University. She is a Member of the DÇ Bar and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and was a licensed agent in DC. She was in the Leadership Washington Class of 2013, and has her Certified Public Manager certification from the George Washington University. She served in both executive and elected positions of various political organizations.
Aimee's real estate and property management services began in DC as General Counsel to the DC Government’s Real Estate Agency and has continued throughout her career. Her former legal positions include serving as Vice President of Government Relations at the University of the District of Columbia, served as the Legislative Counsel to a Councilmember serving on the Judiciary Committee, and as the Legislative Assistant to a Member of Congress where she created two bills that became law. While in DC, and after graduating from law school, Aimee spent fifteen years in the federal and local government working in several political capacities. She has been a campaign manager, a fundraiser, legal counsel, legislative counsel, and a lobbyist.
Her activities in The Villages include various volunteer work, serving as a sponsor for The Villages Parrot Head Club, and the Miata Club. Aimee is an active member of Open Bible Lutheran Church. In her spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and soccer.

Stephanie is our Operations Manager and Revenue Analyst, her strategic analysis and financial acumen have been instrumental in identifying opportunities that drive both revenue growth and efficiency, ensuring we all benefit from a more prosperous and streamlined operation.
In 2005, after graduating from Cornell University with a degree Applied Economics and Management she moved to The Villages, Florida, and started her first job as an Event Coordinator and Business Development professional for Brookdale Senior Living.
Her passion for navigating the maze of numbers guided her transition into the finance sector as a credit analyst. In this role, she refined her abilities and subsequently took a position with an accountant, serving both individual and business clients.
Outside of the office, Stephanie is a two-time past president for The Rotary Club of The Villages, and current president of The Rotary Club of The Villages Foundation Inc. She is actively involved in The Buffalo Stampeders Football Program and serves as President of her neighborhood HOA.
Stephanie's personal life is as full and vibrant as her professional and service endeavors. As a mother of five, she navigates the joys and challenges of family life with grace and humor. At times she feels like a professional cat herder. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family; loves to read, golf, play softball, and cheer on the ‘Bucs and Orlando City Soccer.

I bring a wealth of experience with people to my work. I began my career as a Sociology Instructor during Graduate school at NIU. After that - many years were invested teaching Sociology and Career Technology Courses for Credit in the Illinois Department of Corrections. In addition to my educational endeavors, I worked on a Grant Funded Program as the "Youthful Offender Counselor " at IDOC for many years.
Post relocation from Illinois to Florida 8 years ago, I have spent my time in Sales Account Management, Global Inventory Supply Chain, and Guest & Client Services, and Multi Family Property Management - in the Corporate Housing Industry. In sync with this experience - I came to to Village Valet with a breadth of knowledge in the "Short Term Vacation Rental niche". I aspire to provide 'renowned' Guest & Client Services and top notch Property Management.
Manager of Maintenance
Robert's maintenance skills began in carpentry and plumbing after High School. After military service, Robert began
managing maintenance departments in major manufacturing facilities. On the side, Robert remodeled homes
and did handyman work throughout his adult life. He treats each home as if it were his personal residence.
